Terms and Conditions

§1 Definitions

1. Store — the Valentyna online store available at valentyna.pl, operated by the Seller.
2. Seller — Valentyna, based in Katowice, Poland. Email: kontakt@valentyna.pl.
3. Customer — a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Store.
4. Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making purchases unrelated to their professional or business activity.
5. Product — a movable item available in the Store, subject to a sales agreement.
6. Order — a declaration of intent by the Customer placed through the Store, directly aimed at concluding a sales agreement.

§2 General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Valentyna online store, including conditions for placing Orders, delivery, payment, withdrawal, and complaints.
2. Products offered in the Store are new, free from physical and legal defects.
3. Product prices in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN).

§3 Orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. To place an Order: select a Product, go to Cart, choose delivery and payment method, fill in the form, accept Terms, and click “Buy and Pay”.
3. Orders can be placed without registration (as a guest) or after logging in.
4. After purchase, an account is automatically created and a welcome email with a 5% discount code is sent.

§4 Payments

1. Available payment methods: Przelewy24, BLIK, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cash on delivery.

§5 Delivery

1. Delivery methods: InPost Parcel Locker (9.99 PLN), Courier (14.99 PLN), Free shipping on orders over 299 PLN.
2. EU delivery: International shipping (29.99 PLN), free on orders over 499 PLN.
3. Delivery time: 1-3 business days (Poland), 3-7 business days (EU).

§6 Right of Withdrawal

1. Consumers have 14 days from receiving the Product to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason.
2. To withdraw, send a written statement to kontakt@valentyna.pl.
3. The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.

§7 Complaints

1. The Seller is liable for product defects under warranty provisions.
2. Complaints should be sent to kontakt@valentyna.pl with a description of the defect.
3. The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 days.

§8 Personal Data

1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at valentyna.pl/privacy-policy.
2. The data controller is the Seller.

§9 Final Provisions

1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
3. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court of the Seller’s registered office.
