§1 Definitions
- Store — the Valentyna online store available at valentyna.pl, operated by the Seller.
- Seller — Valentyna, based in Katowice, Poland. Email: kontakt@valentyna.pl.
- Customer — a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Store.
- Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making purchases unrelated to their professional or business activity.
- Product — a movable item available in the Store, subject to a sales agreement.
- Order — a declaration of intent by the Customer placed through the Store, directly aimed at concluding a sales agreement.
§2 General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Valentyna online store, including conditions for placing Orders, delivery, payment, withdrawal, and complaints.
- Products offered in the Store are new, free from physical and legal defects.
- Product prices in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN).
§3 Orders
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- To place an Order: select a Product, go to Cart, choose delivery and payment method, fill in the form, accept Terms, and click “Buy and Pay”.
- Orders can be placed without registration (as a guest) or after logging in.
- After purchase, an account is automatically created and a welcome email with a 5% discount code is sent.
§4 Payments
- Available payment methods: Przelewy24, BLIK, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cash on delivery.
§5 Delivery
- Delivery methods: InPost Parcel Locker (9.99 PLN), Courier (14.99 PLN), Free shipping on orders over 299 PLN.
- EU delivery: International shipping (29.99 PLN), free on orders over 499 PLN.
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days (Poland), 3-7 business days (EU).
§6 Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers have 14 days from receiving the Product to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason.
- To withdraw, send a written statement to kontakt@valentyna.pl.
- The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.
§7 Complaints
- The Seller is liable for product defects under warranty provisions.
- Complaints should be sent to kontakt@valentyna.pl with a description of the defect.
- The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 days.
§8 Personal Data
- Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at valentyna.pl/privacy-policy.
- The data controller is the Seller.
§9 Final Provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
- Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
- Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court of the Seller’s registered office.
