You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items without giving a reason.
How to return?
- Send an email to kontakt@valentyna.pl with your order number.
- Pack the product in original packaging.
- Ship to the address provided in the return confirmation.
Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Complaints
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us at kontakt@valentyna.pl. Include photos of the defect and your order number. We will respond within 14 days.
Shipping costs
Return shipping is covered by the customer. For complaints (defective products), the Seller covers shipping costs.
